Terms of use
These terms apply when you use TryoutSheet at tryoutsheet.com. By creating an account or running a tryout, you agree to them.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. A club’s owner decides who on the staff can see and score its tryouts.
Your club’s information
Your club owns the information it enters: players, scores, notes and clips. You’re responsible for having the right to enter it, for asking parents through TryoutSheet’s consent link before filming a minor or storing a profile or school details, and for treating players fairly. You can export or delete your club’s information at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use TryoutSheet only to run tryouts, rosters and player development for your club.
- Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share, or anything unlawful, harassing or sexual involving anyone.
- Don’t try to get at another club’s information, or disrupt the service.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we’ll tell you why.
Plans and price
TryoutSheet is free for one tryout of up to 25 players. Parents never pay. Paid team plans will show their price before you pay.
Free forms
The printable forms on our site are free to download, print and use with your teams. Please don’t resell them.
Our limits
We work hard to keep TryoutSheet running and your information safe, but the service is provided as is. Rankings and scores help coaches decide; the club makes and owns every decision. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for lost scores, notes or clips beyond restoring them from our backups where we can.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and email account owners before the change takes effect.
